David wanted to express with Breathe Easy Darlington how important you all are to him.
He wanted to also touch on how important BE Active is to him.
Experience and support from the group helps my mental health.I smile from the moment I walk in.
I look forward to it every week. I’m not sure what I would do without the group and support.
My nurse told me at my appointment with my breathing tests. I have no deterioration in the last 12 months. She is happy with me and she even said Fantastic.
I couldn’t be that well without attending BE Active.
